Shipping Policy:
Orders are typically filled once a week on Fridays and mailed on Saturday morning. You will receive an email notification when your envelope is on it's way to your loved one. Thank you for shopping small!
Shipping Options:
First Class Letter Mail is sent for a flat rate of $2.99. Orders will be mailed in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope that does not include either tracking or insurance.
Premium Shipping includes both tracking and insurance and is shipped in a small bubble mailer with a digital shipping label for a flat rate of $6.49
Returns Policy:
Due to the fact that products are created on demand in house, Simple Joy Studio does not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products at this time. All sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.
