These services are exclusively available within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. I am unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
Simple Joy Studio utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) as the primary carrier for letter mail shipments. For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please be aware that delivery times may vary slightly due to the geographic location.

Shipping Rates
I offer customers two shipping options to choose from. The most economical option is First Class Letter Mail for a flat rate of $2.99 in which orders will be mailed in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope that does not include either tracking or insurance. Our Premium Shipping option includes both tracking and insurance and is shipped in a small bubble mailer for a flat rate of $6.49.

Processing Time
As a small business, I am pleased to produce most items in house at this time. I am committed to processing your orders within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are typically filled once a week on Fridays and mailed on Saturday morning. You will receive an email notification when your envelope is on it's way to your loved one. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times for letter mail shipments can vary based on your location and the date your order is placed. Here are approximate delivery times:

Contiguous US: 2-7 business days (plus an additional 3-7 days for in-house processing depending on when your order is placed)

Alaska and Hawaii: 3-10 business days (plus an additional 3-7 days in-house for processing depending on when your order is placed)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to slight variations due to factors beyond our control especially during holiday seasons.

Order Tracking and Delivery
As First Class Mail shipments do not include tracking services, I regret that I am unable to provide tracking information or support for the products shipped with this service once they leave the studio. If Ground Advantage shipping is selected, I will provide tracking information once your order has been mailed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to give accurate shipping information on all orders. Simple Joy Studio is not responsible for inaccurate shipping information. Additionally, Simple Joy Studio is not liable for any mail once it has been picked up by the USPS. Delayed delivery, failure to deliver, or lost/stolen orders are the responsibility of the USPS. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that Simple Joy Studio cannot be held liable for any shipping-related issues.
Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
Due to the fact that products are created on demand in house, Simple Joy Studio does not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products at this time. All sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.

Our products are curated and hand-crafted in-house. We take every precaution to ensure the highest quality, and carefully inspect each item before it is packaged and shipped to you.
